Account Executive

As an Account Executive, your responsibilities would include identifying and generating new business through outside sales activities such as cold calls, prospecting, telemarketing, territory planning and relationship building. Our Account Executives are also expected to meet specified production goals, and are encouraged to use their entrepreneurial streak to surpass those goals. Account Executives are the liaison between client companies and our operations staff, negotiate contracts and work agreements, stay updated on the local competition as well as the prevalent industry and business climate within the region.
Qualifications:

Reception/Administrative Assistant
As a key member of a small administration team, you will have a major impact on our future success. The Reception/Administrator will be responsible for providing a professional reception and administration service to the local office staff, visitors and clients, Receive and greet visitors in a polite professional friendly manner, operate the local telephone switchboard in a professional and effective manner, ensure that the reception and meeting rooms remain tidy throughout the day; Take bookings for meetings rooms and ensure that equipment and refreshments are offered and booked; Process all incoming and outgoing mail; filing, copying; Ordering stationary and office supplies.

Accounting Assistant
Accounting Assistants works closely with the CFO in maintaining accurate financial records for the corporation. The primary responsibility in several of the following areas: accounts payable, cash
management, administering client accounts, and has secondary responsibility areas as needed.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist CFO with all aspects of maintaining accurate bookkeeping/accounting records for the agency.
Maintain accounts payable system, including: process bills, prepare checks for
signatures, mail payments on timely basis, record payments in accounting system.
Manage agency petty cash, and accurately record receipts and expenditures handled through petty cash.
Assist CFO in the preparation of audit work papers.
Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma.
10-key by touch.
Accounting coursework, and job experience with accounts payable and
computerized bookkeeping experience strongly preferred.
Computer experience; experience with spreadsheets and accounting software (QuickBooks) preferred.
Careful attention to detail, and ability to work independently with a minimum of direct supervision.
Willingness to be flexible and work cooperatively with co-workers to accomplish all responsibilities.
Ability to communicate and work effectively with staff from various backgrounds and disciplines.
