BUSINESS INCENTIVE
Business Administrative Management Firm – The professional expertise and knowledgeable structure of company officials supporting your business venture.
Business Administrative Team – Facilitate all administrative functions for Education Administration. X-MAR will ensure document completion for Title 1 submissions on a monthly basis. Prepare and complete Title 1 reconciliation report with accuracy as relating to student approved hours and available funds. Compilation of student hours as related to invoice completion and submittal; Provide Clients with spreadsheet reports on status of students beginning and ending dates for the educational programs. Prepare Pre-Test and Post-Test Summary Reports and apply pre/post score on all progress reports for the invoice submittal to Title 1.
School Management Liaison / Area Directors – Direct liaison with Client school sites and staff for documentation retrieval, proactive management reporting for absentee students and preparation work for monthly submittals to Title 1.
Assigned Account Manager – AM will provide continuous communication with business owner to ensure timely completion of all documents. Provide clear and concise operations according to X-MAR Management business model structure and ensure all deadlines are met; AM will supervise the overall operations of the business administrative team mentioned above in collaboration with the School Management liaison, Area Coordinator & Company CEO. The AM will have the supervision of company officials and are required to meet all assigned deadlines.
Payroll Processing – Complete time sheet reconciliation and reporting for payroll processing and submittal for all locations established within the State of Florida. X-MAR will manage all aspects of payroll and provide detailed reports for appointed Certified Public Accountant or we can provide our accounting services upon request.
Records Management – File archival and organization of all related records and documents; file maintenance for research and records management; X-MAR file management structured for easy access upon request.
