Mr. Steve Williams, Owner, Founder/Chief Executive Officer,
career
has been related to Corporate Finance & Banking, Real Estate,
Telecommunications, Resort development and the Hospitality
industry. A New York University graduate with a dual major.
Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Management and Computer
Science. Steve has a proven track record of leadership and the
ability to show substantial productivity for any business venture. At
Morgan Stanley Financial Investments in New York, responsibilities
included all financial reporting and reconciliation of all eastern
division offices. Prior to Morgan Stanley Financial Investments, Steve
was at Citicorp, Citigroup, PBG. Responsibilities included the
financial assessment, reporting, reconciliation and business capital
transfers along with assessments of Investment Stock and Bond
Portfolios. Mr. Williams was heavily involved in the Real Estate
and Development of various Hospitality Resorts in Orlando,
Florida. He implemented policies and procedures for the
operations and development of each property as well as completed the
overall development of its corporate infrastructure. His career
knowledge and expertise has exceeded 20 years.
Ms. Diana Catalina Herrera, Executive Assistant,
thrives
on excellence in leadership, production, customer service,
marketability, and standards for growth. Her extraordinary and fearless
approach in her business dealings has paved the way to many successful
projects and service outlets. She has proven to be resourceful in
trouble-shooting and problem solver, as well as a great professional
who has gained the insight to capitalize on opportunities and create
opportunities for increased sales and revenue. This has resulted in a
very satisfied client base.
Mrs. Keli-Lynn Williams, Vice President,
brings
to the table her extensive education, management, sales and customer
service experience. She attended St. John’s University, Jamaica Campus
as an Education major with a minor in Speech and Language. Keli's 20
years experience managing large projects, and initiating organizational
structures for achievement and success has created a mastermind for
problem solving, troubleshooting, dispute resolution and creative
leadership ideals and strategies. Her overall business knowledge and
management abilities are a prime example of what makes up an X-MAR
Management team member. Keli effortlessly wears many hats when pulling
the X-MAR Management operations team together. Her structure and
commitment to success is impeccable. She has experience with creative
business and management endeavors. She is a valued contributor to the
X-MAR Management Team.
Traci J. Milburn, Chief Financial Officer
as a financial and marketing consultant in the accounting and real estate industry she offer a unique blend of effective sales operation management and financial assessment expertise recognized for enhancing market penetration and consumer satisfaction. Having extensive experience in many aspects of the financial services industry, she provide strategic and operational leadership. Her hands on management style and broad industry experience in direct real estate finance, compliance, accounting and marketing gives her clear insight into enterprise operations, opportunities and challenges. She is dedicated to providing quality internal/external relationships and have had extensive exposure to positive business ethics and strong organizational skills with the ability to recognize detail.
Ms. Teri-Lynn Anderson, Chief Operations Officer,
is
a powerful business leader, a dynamic trainer in the world of
Leadership development trainings. With over 10 years experience
as an Operations Manager, she has successfully lead and trained many
fortune 500 companies to achieving their projected goals. Teri-Lynn
believes that an effective workplace calls for shifting values,
technology, and authentically partnering with leaders and employees to
synergistically energize their hearts and enhance peak performance.
Teri-Lynn is also a youth leadership development trainer, public
speaker and entrepreneur. Over the past 5 years, she has worked
with over 2500 young leaders developing them into future leaders.
Her message and work ethics are prolific and profitable. She has

into contribution, and purpose into passion and profit. Teri-Lynn

Ms. Marie Ireland, Account Executive Director
brings to X-Mar Management, extensive experience in leadership, sales, management, and customer service. Educated at the Univesity of the West Indies, Marie started her career in Production and Operations Management in the fledgling apparel industry in Kingston, Jamaica. After 3 years she became a consultant to manufacturing companies in Jamaica and the Dominican Republic, performing business assessments and evaluations and guiding clients to achieve an optimal level of efficiency in their businesses. Marie worked in the financial services industry for several years and served as Vice President of a residential property management company. Her vision, drive, passion, focus and an unwavering commitment to excellence are qualities that continue to serve her clients.
Mr. Luis Rodriguez, Art/IT Director ,
is a young, accomplished artist, with over 6 years in design experience, ranging from web design, print media and corporate identity/branding. His logo design work has been featured on LogoPond, and various design blogs. He specializes in large print media and professional business card designs. He has had a large following of clients ranging from Web 2.0 Developers, Record Labels, and Fortune 500 companies. His creativity and quality of work are never comprimised and strives to meet his clients needs. He recently joined the XMAR Group late March, and continues to work on upcoming projects.
Ms. Ordine Myrtil, Executive Administrator
Ordine Myrtil is a skilled and certified Office Administrator with nearly 6 plus years experience in executive administration, marketing and sales. Her experience has been related to the Durable Medical Equipment industry with Medicare, workman compensation and private insurance billing knowledge. Ordine has a proven track history of professionalism and a proactive attitude. She creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing changes. Every organization wants to attract the most qualified employees and match them to jobs for which they are best suited.
